Edmonton Oilers Score Six Unanswered Goals to Defeat Arizona Coyotes
Oilers Come Back From Two-Goal Deficit to Win 6-3
Edmonton Oilers scored six unanswered goals, including five in the final period, to defeat the Arizona Coyotes 6-3 on Saturday night.
The Oilers trailed 2-0 after the first period, but they scored three goals in the second period to tie the game. Zach Hyman scored all three of the Oilers' goals in the second period, giving him 25 goals on the season.
The Oilers took the lead in the third period when Mattias Janmark scored a power-play goal. Leon Draisaitl added another goal just 51 seconds later to give the Oilers a 5-2 lead.
The Coyotes scored a goal to cut the lead to 5-3, but the Oilers held on for the victory.
The Oilers are now 22-3-0 in their last 25 games and have gone a franchise-record 12 games allowing two goals or less.
